Storage must maintain a temperature of -18ºC. This cold chain is to remain unbroken during transport. In cold, the product has a shelf-life of 12 months, allowing for a simplified inventory management. Once defrosted at the Point of Sale, it should be prepared and consumed within 24 to 48 hours.AT THE POINT OF SALEProduct preparation is a fast and easy process. Without allowing the Natas to defrost, put them directly in the oven at 250ºC for 12 minutes. Remove them from the foil tins and place them on the paper tins and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
